Place your bid as you look up the lot in the auction catalogue. Everything to do with bidding is found right with each lot, so you can concentrate on studying text and pictures. You find “Bieten” = bidding directly behind each lot

Security: there is a natural conflict between simplicity of a system, and security for both parties. Security ensures that no unauthorized person can submit bids in your name, and it allows us to correctly enter your bids and identify the bidder.

 Step 1  (This only applies to NEW bidders)

Click on “Anmelden” = register and enter your details and assign yourself a password. Then click on “Absenden”.= Send

 Step 2  In the window “Anmelden zum Bieten” = register to bid, enter your e-mail address and your password. If you have forgotten, click on “My Password” and it will be sent immediately to your e-mail address. Then click “login”. The other buttons are self-explanatory.

 Step 3  Enter the lot number and amount you are bidding. Click the box that you have read the Conditions of Sale and agree with them. Then click “Bieten” = bidding

Searching: you can enter a category of interest or a lot number and you will see the description as well as a picture (click on this and an enlarged window will appear).

This is too complicated: click here and send an e-mail with the lot numbers and amounts you are bidding and, most important, your address
